REMOTE SESSIONS

Online and by Telephone

There are two options for remote sessions.  Whether by telephone or online, the choice is yours:

1.  Full hypnotherapy session

     1 hour

     £45

2.  Brief check in session

     1/2 hour

     £25

OPTION 1: FULL HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION

This online or telephone session would be exactly the same format as if we were seeing each other face to face, this includes starting out with an initial consultation and proceeding with hypnotherapy sessions (talking therapy + hypnosis) from there.

You are in control of how often we meet, but generally people start out weekly and then spread sessions further apart, as required.

 

You will need;

Online - a decent internet connection

          - access to a web browser or Zoom app

          - something to play an MP3 on during our session (optional, but recommended)

          - a safe and comfortable place to lay or sit down where you won't be disturbed

Telephone - a decent telephone connection

          - headphones or speaker phone for the hypnosis part

          - something to play an MP3 on during our session (optional, but recommended)

          - a safe and comfortable place to lay or sit down where you won't be disturbed

OPTION 2: HALF HOUR BRIEF SESSION

This online or telephone session is intended to be an opportunity to check in and support you with whatever is going on for you in your life right now.  Based on the talking part of a solution focused brief or hypnotherapy session, it's structure involves me asking you the questions that support you in finding your own unique solutions.  This doesn't mean coming away from the session with a SMART objectives based to do list(!), it's more about orientating your mind to the direction of travel you want to take in the coming days, weeks, months ahead.

It's good for if you're stressed or anxious, angry or low, and also for keeping good habits and mental states going, so that you're better able to cope with challenges.

There is no hypnosis used during this session, but you may choose to enjoy a period of relaxation after the session to help the benefits sink in. (Optional, not essential.)

This is intended as an ad hoc type of session.  You book in as and when required.

FAQS

Help! I'm not tech savvy!

Don't worry, neither am I! But Zoom is simple.  If you're unsure about using it, you can book in for a 10 minute test taster session with me at least 24hours before your first booked session so we can try out sound, connectivity etc.  This is not a therapy session or a tech lesson, simply a friendly opportunity to try out the technology live, but without having to use up any of your session time.  If after this you're still not sure, you can cancel your booked session free of charge. 

I don't like the idea of appearing on the screen, in a video.

That's OK. If you want, you don't have to use the video link at your end, so you'll see me, but I'll just hear you (i.e. audio only from your end).  If you're not bothered about seeing me either the telephone is another great option.

 

Is it confidential?

Absolutely! Confidentiality is of the upmost importance to me and all the same rules apply meeting online as face to face.  In addition, Zoom is end to end encrypted so completely confidential and  I would never record any remote session and ask that clients do not either.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely using your credit or debit card when you book your session online.  This leaves us more time during your session to talk about more interesting and important things!
