Anxiety

We all feel anxious from time to time.  It's a perfectly normal, healthy response to life's stresses and strains. 

 

Problems arise, however, when we stay anxious for too long, or dip into anxiety too frequently.

You may feel anxiety around a specific issue (social situations or travel, for example) or a generalised sense of anxiety along with the pervasive negative thinking and the constant sense of being on edge that tend to accompany it.  Specific or general, hypnotherapy can help.

You may have an identifiable cause for your sense of anxiety and whilst hypnotherapy clearly can't make bills, bosses or bereavement go away directly (for example) it can support you in building those inner resources you need to cope.
