I am now offering a course on Healthy Weight Loss - A Mindset Approach

There will be no weigh-ins, no prescribed diet and no more battling with will-power! Find out how you can take calm control of your mind around food in all situations.

3 sessions (as above plus an additional session at a later date), allowing time for discussion, learning and putting it all into practice with additional sessions always available to keep you on track.

Generally in a small group setting (3-6 participants) but one-to-one or two-to-one options also available.
